Miami Spice comes once a year and 2016 promises to be the most delicious series yet. From August 1st – September 30th, make reservations at our community’s most lauded restaurants and enjoy the specially curated menus created by renowned chefs. The season kicks off with the Iron Fork event at the American Airlines Arena on Thursday July 28th. Snag VIP tickets to watch famous chefs go head-to-head in a kitchen battle, past winners of the Iron Fork award include Todd Erickson, Giorgio Rapicavoli, Daniel Serfer and Timon Balloo.

Following this ceremonious and delicious kick off will be two months of restaurant promotions showcasing the best of Miami cuisine. Our tropical fusion of ingredients in Miami have created culinary moments that foodies wait for all year. Menus haven’t been released yet, but the list of participating restaurants in our area has been. I’m firing up Open Table to score reservations at restaurants throughout Coral Gables and Coconut Grove including Swine Southern Table & Bar, Fontana at The Biltmore Hotel, Ariete, and Caffee Vialetto. You won’t have any problems selecting your must have reservations — find sushi restaurants, steakhouses, and Italian bistros with outdoor seating options on the extensive list here.  Reach out to learn about the elevated lifestyle in Coral Gables and surrounding Miami neighborhoods.
